• Account information: Business name, email address, hashed password, Discord user ID
• Order data: Server codes, alt counts, session modes, order history
• Usage data: Number of launches used, order timestamps, worker assignment records
• Payment information: Processed securely by Square — we do not store card numbers
• Discord OAuth data: Discord user ID and username, used for authentication only

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and operate the Liberty Business platform
• Process orders and coordinate with worker clients
• Send account-related notifications (trial expiry, billing)
• Enforce plan limits and prevent abuse
• Improve the Service

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secured servers hosted in the EU. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/WSS) and hashed password storage. We retain your data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• Square: For payment processing
• Discord: For OAuth authentication (only the data Discord provides during login)
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The Liberty Business dashboard uses browser localStorage to store your authentication token and cached business information. No third-party tracking cookies are used.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your order history

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us to have it removed.
